Meet the Team

Bridging the Gap LLC was created from my experience working across community, nonprofit, and public systems, where I consistently saw the same challenge. Organizations and leaders were doing meaningful, impactful work, but often lacked access to the funding and support needed to sustain it.

Over the years, I have worked in grant writing and management, Quality Management, community organizing, operations, and quality management, supporting initiatives that serve youth, families, and under-resourced communities. Through that work, I saw firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate complex systems without guidance, especially for grassroots leaders building from the ground up.

Bridging the Gap exists to change that. My approach is rooted in partnership, practical strategy, and meeting people where they are. I focus on helping organizations move from informal to sustainable by strengthening their foundation, connecting them to funding opportunities, and building systems that support long-term impact.

This work is personal to me. It is about creating access and ensuring that the people closest to the work have the tools and support to lead it forward.
